A standing or three-quarter photo with a clean outline helps the walk read. Hide nothing: bags and arms across the dress flatten the silhouette.
Name the corridor and the approach

Hallway mistakes to avoid
A corridor is unforgiving of crooked lines. Watch for these:
- A subject off-center with no reason: the perspective pulls the eye past her. Keep her on or near the center line.
- Bright ceiling lights: they flatten the walls and hide the sconces. Keep the ceiling dark.
- Busy carpet and busy wallpaper together: the frame vibrates. Choose one busy surface.
- Mirrors at the far end: they add a second figure and confuse the walk. Keep them out of frame or make them a soft glow.
- Fast camera moves in a narrow set: the walls smear. A steady, slow dolly keeps every line sharp.
